  Brimar DD (Dual Duty) Range

The Brimar Dual Duty range of one piece tanks provide an effective and simple solution to providing stand alone pump stations. The Dual Duty tanks are designed to provide both a weatherproof and IP55 rated housing section and a fully compliant storage tank in a single piece unit.

The Dual Duty range is designed to withstand the most punishing of climates and can be customised to suit almost any application. The units are available in almost any size from our standard one piece tank range; alternatively a bespoke unit can be manufactured to suit your individual requirements.

The unique design of the Dual Duty range units allow for both a tank and pump housing to be delivered to site in a single operation. The units are suitable for positioning on to a pre-prepared concrete base, or alternatively can be fitted out with a reinforced skid for even greater flexibility.

The units are lightweight and can easily be handled by either forklift or HI-AB, this would be ideal for delivery to your works for fitting out which can then be easily forwarded on to site fully furnished with your pump set safely housed inside.

  • Suitable for potable water, foodstuffs, effluent and chemical solutions.
  • Factory fitted insulation (CFC and HCFC free) as standard.
  • Comply fully with water regulations and British Standards.
  • Universally accepted by architects, consulting engineers and the building services industry.
  • Accepted by MOD, Foreign Office, Home Office, NRA, water companies, DEFRA etc.
  • Designed to comply with the requirements of
    BS EN 13280: 2001 (BS 7491 Parts 1,2 and 3).
  • Suitable for internal or external applications (unaffected by sunlight).
  • Internal metallic components in stainless steel to current European standard – no corrosion.
  • Exposed external reinforcements to current European standards.
  • Structural GRP laminate with a high glass content, quality polyester resin and no fillers.
  • Internal Gelcoat surface - excellent resistance to algae growth.
  • Extensive range of factory-fitted connections.
  • A superior weather resistant external finish in a range colours (BS or RAL).
